Why did I decide to open an ultrasound office
Hello, my name is Evgeny Sergeevich Semenov, I live in the city of Ulyanovsk. In 2021, by chance, I learned that the city is renting out the premises of the former dentistry for ridiculous money. Of course, the premises were with an old renovation, but in general, these are medical offices, which, somewhere slightly tinted, and somewhere after a full renovation, it was possible to license.
After thinking it over, I decided that the best option would be to open an ultrasound office. The reasons for this were:

Since in almost 85% of cases of visits to a doctor (and it is not so important - to a therapist, pediatrician or to a narrow specialist) it will be necessary to perform an ultrasound examination. There are about 70 ultrasound machines (scanners) and a little less than 130 specialists with certificates in ultrasound diagnostics in our half-million city and almost one and a half million region. This is clearly not enough.

What should have been done before the opening
After the decision to open the office was made, it was time for paperwork and renovation of the premises.
First of all, I had to register a legal entity, open a bank account and register it with the pension fund, the committee on statistics and the social insurance fund. In general, this is not long. I turned to a law firm and they opened an LLC (limited liability company) and a current account for 8 days and 12,000 rubles. This moment is extremely important in order to exclude future losses and even the closure of the clinic due to a poorly drawn up contract.
An important stage of repair and bringing the premises into compliance with the SanPiN and SNiP norms did not take much time in my case.
