Regardless of the economic situation, industry and scale of activity, time of presence on the market, experience and professionalism of managers and many other individual factors, absolutely all economic entities face crises. In the context of the Russian economy, which is still characterized by instability, and sometimes unpredictability of development, the study of anti-crisis management issues is becoming essential. Thus, the relevance of studying the problems of anti-crisis management in recent years not only does not decrease, but also tends to grow, especially for domestic enterprises.

In a crisis, management is characterized by specific features caused by the aggressive environment of the company. In particular, the management of the enterprise is significantly limited in time for making decisions, the responsibility for each action taken is increased many times over, the work is carried out in conditions of limited financial and human resources.

Despite the presence of a large number of works on this topic, constantly changing market conditions require a deeper study of anti-crisis management issues.

The relevance of the research problem is associated with the existing economic conditions of enterprise management in Russia and the need to implement not so much the reform of industrial enterprises as the restoration of business processes, taking into account the real economic conditions, problems and opportunities of enterprises.

The research object of the thesis is JSC Bashkelme, which specializes in the production of sportswear and footwear, as well as the production of special household and technical adhesives.

The subject of the research is the anti-crisis management process.

The purpose of this thesis is to theoretically prove the importance of business planning in an enterprise in a crisis of an enterprise.

The antiviral quarantine coincided with a worse than 2021 global crisis. The Russian economy has failed to avoid the negative consequences of the double blow. The spheres of transport, tourism, entertainment, HoReCa were the first to suffer. The fall is prohibitive, it will take a long time to recover on your own. The second wave of the crisis will affect the consumer and investment goods industries. How long the recession will last and when the recovery will begin is difficult to predict. The crisis is a major challenge, and companies need comprehensive response plans. I'll tell you how to make such a plan.

Action Plan

Conduct a stress test and determine the "death line" - the time that the company has before the collapse, under the conditions that sales will fall, and costs will rise at a given rate.

1. Choose a basic strategy

. depending on the situation in the company, the resources and capabilities at its disposal, as well as the goals of the owners. There are four main options.

- Expansion - for companies with resources, effective business model and strong management;

- Breakthrough - bet on a breakthrough project, product, technology;

- Exit (from business) - involves the withdrawal of funds from the company, the termination of investment and reproduction, the maximization of profits at any cost. This will raise the selling price of the business;

- Preservation - preservation of key functions, competencies, personnel and "dumping" everything else: auxiliary, secondary processes and assets. The growth in volumes is postponed until better times - market recovery. This is the most common strategy in which to consider further actions and decisions.

2. Form an anti-crisis headquarters.

Make an informed decision about who will take on the role, functions, powers of the crisis manager based on the options available:

The speed and methods of overcoming, bringing the enterprise out of the crisis largely depend on what are the causes of its occurrence and how quickly it will be identified.

There are four main stages in the development of an organization's financial crisis:

  • reduction in profitability and absolute values of profit volumes;
  • unprofitable production;
  • a sharp decline in the company's solvency, when part of the working capital is directed to servicing increased accounts payable, therefore there is a reduction in production;
  • a state of acute insolvency, there is a real threat of suspension or even complete cessation of production, and then bankruptcy.

The most common reason in practice is the general crisis of enterprise management, namely, the collision of interests between the management and the owners of the enterprise, insufficient qualifications of management. Up to 80% of enterprises are unable to overcome such development crises, do not find a way out of their crisis and leave the market. This is usually a crisis of the organization 6-8 years of age. All key aspects of enterprise management are on the agenda:

  • the main philosophy of the company: goals, mission, values, etc.;
  • business processes;
  • management and organizational structure; <
  • manager block of parameters for enterprise management.

In most cases, a crisis is a consequence of ineffective management in the absence of a development strategy. In particular, working for one client can cause the organization's financial crisis. The company ceases to be flexible, loses such management mechanisms as pricing and receivables management, as it is forced to adjust to its requirements in order to retain the client.

It is impossible to get out of the crisis with the help of the same people, under whose leadership the enterprise came to the crisis. It is necessary to create a working group, which is endowed with special powers. This group must collect the necessary information and develop ways of overcoming the enterprise from the crisis, an anti-crisis action plan (financial recovery plan). Depending on the causes and depth of the crisis, the plan may provide for various measures, up to liquidation or sale of the business.

For all organizations, the causes of the financial crisis are individual. However, there are several management tools that are universal for overcoming the enterprise crisis. Let's briefly dwell on the main ones.

Cost reduction

In unfavorable financial conditions, this is the rationing of all cost items and strict control over the implementation of established standards (budgeting). This approach allows the company to reduce its costs to a given level.

The concept of "anti-crisis measures" has appeared relatively recently. Its emergence was due to the beginning of the reform of the economic sphere of Russia. Next, we will consider in more detail what an anti-crisis plan is. An example strategy will also be described in the article.

General prerequisites

At a certain stage of economic development, it became obvious that the country is gradually entering a state of crisis. This required certain actions from the authorities. A crisis management plan was needed. It had to be fundamentally different from economic regulation under conditions of stability. A way out of the economic crisis often involves radical action. This raises the question of the need to maintain this regime after the critical situation begins to decline. Of course, no matter how deep the crisis is, it will end one day.

Cyclic process

As the practice of economic development of various foreign countries and the peculiarities of the formation of industrial relations show, crises act as an integral element of any system. The inevitability and inevitability of periods of upsurge and recession take place under any, even a very favorable state regime. At the same time, cyclical development is characteristic not only of the economic system, but also of other industries. In this regard, there should always be a plan of anti-crisis measures.

Description of practical activities

An anti-crisis action plan is a system in which mechanisms for monitoring and anticipating a recession, analyzing the nature of its occurrence, signs, and probability are developed. Within its framework, effective methods are provided for reducing the negative consequences of a critical situation and using the results to form a more sustainable development regime in the future.

Management Opportunities in a Downturn

The effectiveness of anti-crisis measures is associated with a person's ability to seek and select the best options for overcoming a critical situation. People can adapt to problems, act in accordance with the prevailing conditions. Mobilizing to overcome the crisis, a person uses the experience of the past millennia. Management capabilities in a downturn are also determined by knowledge of the cyclical nature of the systems development process. This, in turn, allows one to assume various problem situations and prepare for them.

Anti-crisis program as a structural component of consulting

In accordance with the developed strategy, based on the accumulated experience, available resources and forecast estimates, a scheme is drawn up. The anti-crisis program includes the definition of the duration, cost and final results of management. This critical component of consulting allows the client to clearly understand the existing problems and the chances with which the regulation of the situation will be associated. The consultants, in turn, after discussing the main details, begin to develop a specific anti-crisis action plan.
