Smart business is an efficient and highly profitable method
Artificial intelligence technologies are gradually reaching a plateau of productivity. Among the first signs are speech recognition services, on the basis of which chat bots work. Also, users are interested in automated machine learning technologies and business applications with built-in AI mechanisms. Demand is growing for AI platforms delivered as a service and related cloud services. But some applications, for example, in autonomous vehicles, will only be realized in 10 years. / P>
Artificial intelligence goes to the masses
Gartner's latest AI research reveals a wide variety of AI applications in enterprises. And this is logical, given that, according to surveys conducted by this company, in 2021 the share of organizations that have implemented AI increased compared to last year from 4% to 14%. And, despite the relative youth of the AI market as a whole, Gartner analysts put two technologies at once in the “productivity plateau” section - “speech recognition” and “GPU-based AI accelerators” (the latter are much better suited for creating artificial intelligence systems than processors "General purpose").
Other AI applications that are predicted to be soon successful are conversational AI, fueled by the success of virtual assistants like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, etc. Interest in new technologies is emerging, such as augmented intelligence, edge AI, which is growing in popularity along with the popularity of edge computing itself, automated data markup and explainable AI (an artificial intelligence system whose solutions are human can explain). But autonomous vehicles, which many believe are about to appear on the road, according to Gartner, will "leave" on the productivity plateau in more than 10 years.
AI Blue Chips
In general, a lot of new technologies have appeared on the “hype curve” of artificial intelligence, and a significant proportion of them are marked with blue circles, indicating that Gartner hopes for their speedy plateau of productivity. Moreover, many of them received a forecast "from two to five years before implementation", still only climbing the peak of hopes.
However, as analysts point out at the same time, not all of the new technologies have an understandable application and are able to benefit business. And we must try to be realistic about forecasting and analyzing the prospects for implementation.
One way or another, companies that strive to keep up with the times are advised by analysts to at least prepare a financial and economic feasibility study for the implementation of AI. And those who have already carried out initial implementations should think about scaling projects.

Worth Watching Artificial Intelligence Technologies
Among all AI technologies, Gartner analysts have highlighted five that can most seriously change business processes in the foreseeable future, and advise CIOs to closely monitor their development.
The material offered for your attention is based on modern achievements in the field of analytical thinking and computer science. The presented solutions prove, with concrete examples, not only a high level of profitability when using the proposed intellectual product, but also the availability of its widespread use in business.
The developed highly intelligent product allows raising the analytical level of the business that uses it to a higher level, which leads to an increase in labor productivity and lower costs in the most critical - intellectual sphere of business. The total proposed solution allows you to achieve an unparalleled level of profitability in any area of business. The presented material examines the issue of highly profitable implementation of intellectual products using the proposed example.
In the course of the entire historical path of human development, the growth of the intellectual level has invariably led to the expansion of the sphere of human activity, an increase in labor productivity and an increase in the standard of living.
The image of the first tools arose in the low-intellectual consciousness of primitive man. But even these first products of intelligence made it possible to significantly raise the standard of living.
More - more. The development of intelligence allows you to master new technologies and master new scientific achievements, which not only increases the standard of living, but also has a beneficial effect on intellectual development.
The pace of development of both society as a whole and its intellectual component is currently truly grandiose, and information flows are simply monstrous. Figurative comparison quite accurately determines the current state of the issue under consideration.
Objectively, the solution to the problems arising in the process of intellectual development lies in the field of human analytical thinking. A possible solution is suggested below.
Analysis of modern problems of the intellectual component of production and business
The current state of the area under consideration is characterized, as already noted, by gigantic information flows and outstanding achievements, primarily in informatics. At the same time, the process of processing information and choosing a solution in terms of its level is significantly inferior to the opening possibilities. This is due to the fact that the analytical part of thinking, like many other components of the intellect, developed according to the principle “from the achieved”. That is, the direction of the development of thinking was corrected with the accumulation of a critical amount of knowledge, the minimum necessary for the transition to the corresponding intellectual level.
Thus, the high pace of development of information technology has created not only fantastic opportunities for use, but also enormous disparities in processing efficiency. Therefore, there is a need for a serious correction. At the same time, all the prerequisites have been created for this.
The development of the park of personal computers and information and communication environment, the creation of a huge range of highly intelligent software products in the complex predetermined the above prerequisites.
Synthesis of a solution based on the example of creating a highly intelligent product from the analytical field of thinking, closely related to a specific business.
Do you know what pub quizzes are? This is a new trend in the entertainment wave of large and not only Russian cities. A place where friends gather to answer a couple of dozen questions under a glass or two. Quisas came to us from Europe, more precisely from England. And in Russia, its own format of such games has been successfully promoting for several years. The Russian club 60 Seconds is the largest operator, under the brand name of which competitions are held for thousands of participants. The president of the club Leonid Edlin tells about the creation of his brainchild.
Everyone is playing!
Leonid always wanted to associate his work with what is interesting to him in principle. Ideally, of course, a hobby that can become a business. In general, it turned out that way. At first there was a passion for sports, then sports journalism, and then - the organization of corporate events. When Leonid got his own event agency, fate brought him together with Maxim Potashev, master of the intellectual club “What? Where? When?". It was Maxim who showed Leonid that such intellectual games can and should be successfully developed into his own business. We started by holding corporate cups twice a year. Then a completely new movement appeared: the program of intellectual corporate events, which would ideally fit into absolutely any event.
Although then it was not yet a club and was not called "60 seconds". The club system and the name appeared only a year and a half later. It was then that Leonid realized that this project could become a successful business not directly related to the activities of the event agency.
Work or hobby?
Initially, Leonid had neither a business plan, nor a special approach to the "60 seconds" project. And why? After all, the idea was different.
At first Leonid played all the games himself. Since by that time he was an experienced player in the sports version of “What? Where? When? ”, The training of the players was the most interesting for him. Leonid not only asked questions and voiced the correct answers, but tried to explain to newcomers how in one case or another it was necessary to find the right solution. What to look for, how to discuss, how the captain should select the version. And the most interesting thing was to see how the eyes of yesterday's newbies light up, how they are getting better and better at “taking” questions. By the way, those people who just started playing in 2021-2021 have now become seasoned players. Some of them even became world champions in “What? Where? When?" among amateur teams. As the first teacher, Leonid is undoubtedly proud of their successes.
Who are we playing against?
The game is played like this. Teams gather in the hall of a restaurant or bar. Maximum - 6 people, but it can be less. There is also a place for individual players: they are either put into incomplete teams, or national teams are organized right on the spot. Then there is a little warm-up and the main tournament begins. The moderator asks a question and gives a minute for discussion (hence, by the way, the name of the club). During this minute, the team must logically find the correct answer and write it down on a special form. The discussion is separate - at each table, so that any number of teams can play simultaneously. The assistants collect the answers, and the facilitator reads out the correct one. The teams that gave it receive one point each. During the game evening, from 30 to 36 questions are played out. The team that gave the most correct answers wins.
Everything seems to be simple? But actually it is not. After all, the main thing in the game is questions. If the questions are interesting, logical, then the teams play regularly, and the participants invite friends, relatives and acquaintances to the games. If the questions are boring, too simple or too complex - immediately a problem. People may not return.
Sharing joy with the whole world
Now the 60 Seconds Club has 50 branches around the world. Launching your own franchise project, according to Leonid, was not difficult at all. When we first started working with the first franchisees, the brand was not super famous - there was simply nothing to lose. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, the club, of course, already had strong positions from which it could not be moved. And in the regions then there was simply nothing like that, and Leonid and his team became pioneers.
How the idea of conducting collective mind games turned into a business line. The head of the consulting group "Maximum" Maxim Shcherbina reports.
- The idea of launching smart fights for business appeared at the end of 2021. For several years now, our consulting group has been actively cooperating with Maxim Potashev, master of the popular TV game “What? Where? When?". Before communicating with Maxim, I did not know that such games exist. More precisely, I knew that many were fond of them, but this had nothing to do with business.
And then I learned that in large cities of Russia successful people gather in restaurants in the evenings and play intellectual games (in the quiz format: "Task - discussion in a team - answer"). This model seemed like a great way to develop relationships with our business clients. Besides, I personally like it very much.
We decided to try to launch something similar in Minsk, earning money by selling participation in such fights.
In this article I will talk about the intricacies of doing business on mind games.
What are intellectual fights
10-12 teams from 5 to 7 people each play at the same time. Teams are formed in different ways. There are always those who are made up of friends, colleagues and like-minded people. But most often these are people who came together, three or even one at a time. Then we collect teams from them ourselves.
Fights last about 3 hours and consist of several rounds. Each round is different in form and presentation. These are not only verbal questions, but also many interactive options for assignments. During the game evening, teams accumulate points for correct answers. This is how the winner is identified who receives the prizes.
The goal of each duel is to enjoy the work of intelligence, passion and teamwork. And, of course, defeat your rivals.
How the business started
In the 21st century, technology has rapidly burst into the life of every person. It's not just communications, cars or computers that have changed. Personal space has also been affected by automation. The smart home system is becoming more widespread. It saves time and effort, creates a comfortable environment around a modern person. In Europe, the system has long gained popularity. In Russia, such services are not yet common.
What is a smart home
- Room cooling / heating.
- Power grid operation.
- Alarm, video recording.
- Dwelling control, including imitation of the presence of people.
There are no clear rules and requirements for compliance with all points. Individual preference is key. Someone will be satisfied with a typical proposal and, for example, controlling an intelligent system from a computer. However, the budget option may not be suitable for a country house.
In Europe, they use ready-made systems with predefined functions. But often buyers do not want to overpay for unnecessary services and additional equipment. Therefore, creating a successful business will require a variety of options.
Smart Home Design
Smart home technology creates the necessary comfort in the home. The end result depends on how well the choice was made, preparation for installation and adjustment of all systems were carried out. Options for creating a smart home:
When designing a smart home, it is important to consider how it interacts with control systems:
- emergency assistance;
- resource tracking;
- content delivery.
This will provide high quality services. The presence of errors is not fatal. However, any malfunction of the air conditioner or water supply system will prevent the full use of the room.
An architect and a design engineer must work together from the beginning. It is enough for them to make a preliminary sketch describing the tasks that the smart system will perform. The next step is the preparation of the design specification. A detailed project of a smart home includes a complete package of documents for the installed system. He must fully meet the needs of the client, take into account the specifics of a particular object.
How technology works
The principle of a smart home is to execute commands. They can do:
