Entrepreneurs are accustomed to the fact that business is difficult. That this is exhaustion from the "squirrel in the wheel" regime, pain and fear of the tax authorities, officials and inspectors. We are used to thinking that this is normal.

Since the launch of the site in 2021, the specialists of the "Business Territory" have been proving that the state has a human face. It's okay to resolve issues quickly and with good service.

At the highest level, we want to change the lives of entrepreneurs for the better. Change the attitude of the state towards business.

“In 2021, I went to work in the economic unit of the Safakulevsky District Administration of the Kurgan Region. For the next three years he worked as the head of the block of investments, small business, land relations, property and economics. During this time, our district was recognized as the best in working with small businesses in the Kurgan region.

That was really cool. It was then that state development institutions were being created: microfinance organizations, guarantee support centers. Therefore, one of the points of assessment for this rating was the provision of state support.

I have established communication with the centers and fully supervised the entrepreneurs of the region - about 200 people. Now I can say that this was the first unconscious prototype of the "Business Territory", where I acted as a client manager for every entrepreneur in the region.

Then, at the regional level, I supervised the regional business incubator. At first there were several offices in an old building. Three years later, a large modern building was reconstructed under a federal program, and all development institutions were united in one place.

The Kurgan region was recognized as the best in working with start-up entrepreneurs according to the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. After a while, a call came from the Chelyabinsk region. The region offered me a job, and two factors influenced the adoption of a positive decision.

So the solution was obvious to me. This is how the "Business Territory" began "

Because "Business Territory" is a child for us. Planned, designed and well mannered. For today, this is a completed project.

In the summer of 2021, a freshman of the medical faculty of the Chelyabinsk South Ural State University, Yuri Koryukalov, was diagnosed with an intervertebral hernia. To relieve pain, he lay on his fists and used various ointments. Already in the second year, the teacher explained that back pain occurs due to hypertonicity of the paravertebral muscles. Their main function is to support the spine. Therefore, if a part of the axial skeleton is damaged, for example, an intervertebral disc, they shrink, but they cannot relax on their own.

Massage or autogravity therapy helps to relieve spasm. This is a mechanical effect on muscles using different devices. The first such device - a mat for stretching the spine - was invented by the Austrian Kurt Kinlein. But the mattress, as Korukalov assures, affects only the upper layers of the muscles. “During the lectures, I got the idea to create a device that could reach the fibers in the deep layers of the muscles,” the specialist explained.

At the end of the course, the idea was forgotten: Yuri devoted all his time to studying and writing a thesis. After graduation, he got a job at a university and was engaged in scientific research, including studying the processes of recovery of athletes after injuries. In 2021, in order to earn extra money, as well as gain management, marketing and sales skills for future medical projects, Koryukalov got a job in the Ural pharmacy chain "Classic". There he taught consultants to communicate with clients and conducted marketing research - checking whether people are interested in ordering drugs on the Internet and how much they are willing to spend on a purchase.

“Thanks to my experience as a coach, I was able to participate in various business projects, as well as apply the skills of a psychotechnologist [a specialist who uses knowledge from practical psychology to solve problems in industry, business and other areas - example. ed.], which I received at the university, ”the entrepreneur explained his choice.

In 2021, Yuri entered the Chelyabinsk State University at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Administration, where he received a Master's degree in Economics and wrote a thesis on branding. After graduation, Koryukalov got a job as a coach at an automobile holding. There he conducted trainings for sales consultants.

In 2021, due to the financial crisis, Yuri was laid off. Then he decided to return to his student idea and start developing an apparatus for treating the spine. “I now have time to think. In addition, I have already received a specialized higher education in economics. At the university, we studied innovative companies that just started during the crisis - in 1998 and 1999, ”explained Koryukalov.
