Juice production technology

Preparation of raw materials. From the orchards, the fruits are delivered by road to the plant and go to bunkers with a total volume of 500 tons. Acceptance of apples is carried out separately according to varieties: green and mixed varieties. (Directly pressed apple juice is made from a mixture of different varieties, but these are always apples not lower than the first quality grade).

All raw materials undergo multi-stage washing. Damaged and substandard fruits, twigs and leaves are removed by hand. For a better juice yield, the fruits are crushed. The resulting mass (pulp), consisting of particles with a size of 2-5 mm, goes to pressing.

Pressing. Directly squeezed juice after clarification will go straight to bottling, and for the production of concentrated juices, the key stage is passing through a three-stage vacuum evaporator.
