Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) occurs in 3-5% of children and adults. Startup PigPug, another fall bunch alumnus TechMinsk, plans to help people with this disorder.

Developers have come up with a wireless headset that measures brain activity and transmits the signal to a mobile phone or tablet. The child plays educational games and, thanks to the methods of neurofeedback, learns to concentrate and switch attention, relax, and control emotions. The product is designed primarily for children, but it will be useful for adults as well - ADHD symptoms can appear at any age.

Where to start

First of all, you need to decide what exactly you want to do - cut hair, produce furniture, sell clothes or do something else. Before registering an individual entrepreneur or legal entity, study the decree No. 337 "On the regulation of the activities of individuals." It contains a list of activities that you can do even without registering an individual entrepreneur. You just write an application to the tax office at your place of residence, pay a single tax on individuals and work.

If the selected type of activity is not in the list, you can apply for an individual entrepreneur or legal entity. An individual entrepreneur is the same individual who can engage in any legal activity, be a customer and contractor for work, and also use hired labor. But remember: an individual entrepreneur can hire no more than 3 people. If you need more to implement a business, it is worth registering a legal entity. One of the simplest and most common forms of companies in our country is a unitary enterprise, or UE for short.

How much money do you need

Further, the SP or UP must be registered. For the state registration of individual entrepreneurs, the issuance of a duplicate certificate of state registration, a state fee is charged.

The fee for individual entrepreneurs is only 0.5 base unit - now it is 12.75 rubles. Details for paying the state duty can be found on the website of your registration authority. For Minsk residents, this is the Registration and Licensing Department of the Main Department of Justice of the Minsk City Executive Committee, and for residents of other cities and towns - the executive committees at their place of residence.

Official unemployed, full-time students of technical schools, colleges, institutes, universities and other educational institutions, as well as their graduates during the year are exempted from paying the duty. For confirmation, you need to provide a certificate from an educational institution or employment center.

You will have to pay more for the registration of the UP - 1 basic, or 25.5 rubles. For disabled people, organizations of veterans, societies of disabled people, it costs 0.8 base - 20.4 rubles.

What documents are needed to register an individual entrepreneur

Opening an IP is simple, you do not need to collect a pile of papers. You need to write an application in the prescribed form, take a standard photograph for documents - 3.5 × 4.5 cm and have the original or a copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the state fee.
